RMD Contracts is a family owned and run business, established for over 20 years and has developed into a multi services provider. Our turnover is around £5 million and this is expected to steadily increase.

RMD Contracts carries out all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical works from major fully designed engineering projects to framework driven projects.  We also carry out many client lead design and build projects utilising our in-house design team and smaller M&E projects for key clients.

Our project design utilises experience and knowledge to provide a range of solutions to our clients which may involve the following:

• Current legislation and appropriate technical considerations such as BREEAM (with relevant implications for grants), sustainability, environment and latest building regulations requirements.
• Alternative design solutions.
• 2 stage tenders and where relevant an open book approach, taking full regard of value engineering and cost saving considerations available.
