We are a privately owned firm of electrical and mechanical contractors, established for over 20 years, offering a full range of electrical and mechanical services with an emphasis on flexibility, reliability and a constant focus on our clients requirements.

Our staff have wide experience of projects within the electrical and mechanical services industry, typically including offices, new and refurbishment work in hospitals / healthcare environments, new commercial and industrial buildings, pharmaceutical, historical, hotels, retail outlets and shopping centres.

With our main offices located just outside Manchester, we undertake projects throughout the UK, and are equally accomplished at both major and smaller projects, and pride ourselves on our flexibility, service and results.

FLEXIBILITY AND RESULTS

Project teams are developed to suit individual requirements - our construction methodology is flexible in order to provide the most effective service tailored to our clients needs, although we always involve ourselves with the full construction details of projects. In this way we liaise and programme works to ensure a satisfactory completion, where problems with defects are avoided.

We apply our approach equally to our own operatives and suppliers / sub contractors who can be relied upon to contribute successfully to the service provided in a timely manner.

OUR METHODOLOGY

Projects can be fully designed in house, or on the basis of a pre designed solution provided by our client. Our project engineering utilizes experience and knowledge to provide a range of solutions to our clients which may involve the following where relevant:

Current legislation and appropriate technical considerations such as BREEAM (with relevant implications for grants), sustainability, environment and latest building regulations requirements.

Alternative design solutions.

2 stage tenders and where relevant an open book approach, taking full regard of value engineering and cost saving considerations available.

We provide all electrical and mechanical services in line with current regulations, legal requirements and codes of practice. We have all relevant certification for carrying out work in the electrical and mechanical services industry, and have robust Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies.
